NGHCC accepts most major insurances. All copays, coinsurance, and deductibles are due at time of service. If you have any questions concerning this please give our Billing Specialists a call at 706-935-6442.NGHCC is required to ask personal questions in order to qualify patients for Sliding Scale. The information received will be kept on file in our center in strict confidence. You must provide us with a copy of your Medicaid denial letter every year at time of application renewal. Every six months a verification of income is required with a copy of your W-2 form, payroll check stubs covering the past month, copies of your social security checks, or other checks you may receive will be sufficient proof. Your calculated annual income will be used to determine the level of your payment for each visit. All other services are charged based on Medicare reimbursement rates. All monies are due at time of service.

Being a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center LAL (FQHC), NGHCC, invites our Medicare patients to receive their free Medicare Wellness visit yearly. This visit is encouraged for each Medicare patient to discuss with the doctor about your healthcare needs and to make sure that your medical care is all up-to-date. The Annual Wellness Visit is encouraged so our provider can provide you with a Personalized Prevention Plan. Medicare covers the Annual Wellness Visit at 100% to patients that are not within the first 12 months of their first Part B coverage period and have not received an Initial Preventive Physical Exam.

NGHCC prefers appointments but we will accept walk-ins.
